MISSION STATEMENT
Our mission is to affirm life and promote dignity for the terminally ill by providing professional, comprehensive and compassionate care to the patients, their loved ones and the community.
Donations Donations from our generous community, revenue from Hospice Gift and Thrift stores and the outstanding fund raising activities of Friends of Hospice help subsidize Hospice services.
Volunteers Volunteers are an essential part of Hospice. As a Hospice patient care volunteer you visit with our patients, providing them with companionship and offering caregivers a break from the difficult tasks of caring for a dying loved one. Volunteers also provide professional services such as a massage or hairstyling. Office volunteers provide assistance at our Hospice office.
Our Gift and Thrift stores are primarily staffed by volunteers. This is also a great way to help Hospice of the Foothills.
Healthcare Providers
Hospice of the Foothills works closely with the patient’s attending physicians and health care providers to ensure continuity and quality of care.
